What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries.

How much is shipping?
All orders to the U.S. qualify for Free Shipping. Orders to Canada are based on weight. 1-3 jump ropes is a flat fee of $12.95.  Most other countries is $16.95.

When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.

How can I track shipping?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.  You will receive an 'Order Update' email with the shipping status.  You can also log into 'My Account' to see the status and tracking information.

What are my payment choices?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We will accept a check for bulk and wholesale orders.

Is your site secure?
Yes.  256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.

What is your return policy?
If you're not 100% satisfied with our products, you may return for a full refund. Please contact us before sending any return items back.

Yes. We offer quantity discounts for CrossFit Affiliates, Gyms and resellers/retailers. Please contact us to discuss pricing.

What jump rope should I buy?
If you're just learning double-unders (2 rotations per jump) then the Ultra Jump Rope is a great choice. It's actually slower than our Revolution Jump Rope which is nice while you're working on your timing. If you're experienced with double-unders, the Revolution Jump Rope is a great step up.  It's extremely fast and revolves at blistering speeds.  If you're looking to get an even faster rope, then we recommend the Revolution Jump Rope with Extended Handles.
